shipping policy
- haoshi will NOT be responsible for clear customs and all related charges of custom declaration at destination.
- Please note customs tariff duty may occur depending on local import country. The fee will be paid by receiver.
- Special shipping charges may be applied to certain oversized items. We will advise you the additional charges prior to processing your order. We will only arrange shipment once confirm all related charge have been settled.
- haoshi design provides shipping to all oversea countries.
- All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3 days after receive your order. You should then receive it in 10 to 20 business days. Shipping times will vary with the countries.
exchanging policy
- We will offer exchange for any defective items.Please report the problem to shipping@haoshi.com.tw within 7 days from the date of receving the product.
- After confirmation, for manufacturing problems, we will provide free replacement of products of the same (or same grade) model.
- All products have been used or damaged by human factor will not be applied to this policy.
- Return address : 1F, No.255, Sec.1, Xinglong Rd., Taipei City 116, Taiwan. Please make sure all return products are well packed. If any damage caused by inappropriate package, we will not offer exchange to the product.
- New product will be sent within 3 business days from the date we receive the exchange one.
